By booking a tour or service through Famous Tours BD, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or full payment (as specified at checkout) is required to confirm your booking. Prices are listed in BDT and USD; the amount charged will be based on the currency selected at checkout.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, visa (where required), and any necessary travel insurance. Famous Tours BD is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or other consequences resulting from a traveler's failure to meet entry requirements. Travelers should disclose any medical conditions or mobility needs in advance so we can advise on tour suitability.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety conditions, local circumstances, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify travelers of significant changes and offer comparable alternatives where possible.
5. Liability

We use your information to process bookings, communicate with you about your trip, coordinate with hotels/transport/permit partners on your behalf, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements (such as forest permits for Sundarbans tours).
